Sam brings 35+ years of experience in the private club sector.
Chantel joined Flower Mound Ranch as the Lodge Manager in the Summer of 2025. After spending 25 years in the clinical setting as a Respiratory Therapist, Chantel embarked on a successful sales and account management career in health care staffing. An opportunity to get back to her roots as a caretaker and being part of the amazing atmosphere at FMR, was too good for her to pass up. Her goal is to make sure every member and visitor to FMR has a memorable experience and to always make the lodge feel like an extension of home. Chantel is a born-and-raised Nebraskan and is married with two adult daughters and is anxiously awaiting grandchildren.
After more than two decades in hospitality and management in Southeast Nebraska, Wanda joined the Flower Mound Rach team in the summer of 2025 as the Head of Housekeeping. Wanda is a sworn enemy of clutter, dust and anything that is out of place while also being insanely organized and prepared. Wanda also assists with getting the Lodge open in the morning for guests and getting breakfast set-up. Wanda has two adult children and five grandchildren that she adores. She lives just a couple country miles from the Lodge and her smiling face is always around bright and early in the morning!
We won’t tell your mom that you like Chef Shelley’s cooking better! Shelley is a proud mom and grandma, and her cooking is legendary in Southeast Nebraska. That amazing cooking is a huge part of the Flower Mound Ranch’s homey feel. Shelley joined FMR before the 2023 season and whether it’s massive steaks, tantalizing desserts, in the kitchen, outside with a smoker or anything in between, she is a culinary wizard. When she’s not making mouths water with her cooking, you can find Shelley gardening on her farm where she and her husband live, taking an ATV for an adventure or spending time with her three adult children and being a LaLa (that’s kid speak for grandma).
